Return & Exchange Policy

I. Scope of Application

This refund and return policy applies to all kinds of products purchased on our website.

II. Return Conditions

1. Customers are eligible to apply for returns within 30 days after receiving the products.

2. The products must keep their original packaging intact, with product packaging boxes, instruction manuals, accessories, etc. all being complete and undamaged.

3. The appearance of the products should have no scratches, bumps or damages, the functions should be normal, and the products should not have been disassembled, repaired or modified privately.

III. Refund Process

1. Customer’s Application for Return

· Our customer service team will reply to the customers within 48 hours to confirm whether the return application meets the requirements.

2. Return of Products

· If the return application is approved, the customer shall send the products back to the address designated by us within 7 days. Generally, the freight shall be borne by the customer (except for quality problems and incorrect shipments). The customer should choose a reliable courier service and package the products properly to prevent damage during transportation.

· When sending back the products, the customer needs to attach the return application form or indicate the order number, contact information, etc. so that we can handle the return quickly.

3. Inspection of Products

· We will conduct inspections within 3 working days after receiving the products returned by the customers.

· The inspection includes checking whether the appearance, packaging and accessories of the products are complete and whether the functions are normal.

· If the products meet the return conditions, we will proceed with the refund process; if the products do not meet the return conditions, we will contact the customers to explain the situation and negotiate solutions according to the actual situation.

4. Refund Arrangement

· If the products pass the inspection, we will arrange the refund within 3 working days.

· The refund will be returned to the customer’s payment account through the original payment channel, and the customer can check the refund progress on the corresponding payment platform.

IV. Special Circumstances

1. Quality Problems

· If customers find quality problems after receiving the products, they should immediately contact our customer service team and provide relevant evidence (such as photos, videos, etc.).

· For products with quality problems, we will bear the return freight and arrange for refunds or replacements as soon as possible after receiving the products.

· If the customer chooses replacement, we will arrange to ship the new products as soon as we confirm the quality problems.

2. Incorrect Shipments

· If we send the wrong products to the customers by mistake, the customers should contact our customer service team in time.

· We will bear the return freight and arrange to send the correct products or handle refunds for the customers as soon as possible.

3. Force Majeure Factors

· If the products cannot be delivered or returned normally due to force majeure factors (such as natural disasters, wars, etc.), we will negotiate solutions with the customers.

V. Disclaimer

1. We will not be responsible for problems caused by improper human operation, accidental damage, etc. during the use of the products by the customers.

2. If the products are damaged due to the reasons of the courier company during transportation, the customers should contact us and the courier company in time. We will assist the customers to solve the problems, but will not bear direct responsibility.
